Sport and Exercise Scientist, Head Coach

Luke is Mr. Movement. He is passionate about helping you learn and continue correct movement patterns that will aid you in living a longer and better life. He utilizes his experience as a teacher and coaching sports teams to ensure you are getting the most out of every class.

KEITH DELL

Physiotherapist, Coach

Keith is our mechanic, he keeps our bodies firing at their best and gets us back to operating at full capacity if there is something wrong. He is our in house physiotherapist with many years of experience in the industry. Keith brings his extensive knowledge of the body to his coaching. He is an incredibly modest man who will give anyone his time.

Dietitian, Coach

Matt is the man to talk all things food with. Our food ninja will help you with personalised meal plans, consults and along with Kellie he writes the recipes for our blog. Matt has a give anything a go attitude and loves a challenge. He is a great guy you can approach any time to ask about training or nutrition.
