Keith is our mechanic, he keeps our bodies firing at their best and gets us back to operating at full capacity if there is something wrong. He is our in house physiotherapist with many years of experience in the industry. Keith brings his extensive knowledge of the body to his coaching. He is an incredibly modest man who will give anyone his time.
Kellie brings a wealth of exercise and nutrition knowledge to the Ariston team. Kellie’s warm personality and caring nature will make you feel extremely welcome from the first time you meet. Matt is the man to talk all things food with. Our food ninja will help you with personalised meal plans, consults and along with Kellie he writes the recipes for our blog.
