Try our delicious chia pudding! It’s a great gluten and dairy free summer snack that you can make ahead and leave in the fridge for a special treat.
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 can light coconut milk (150ml)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix and leave in fridge overnight to set.  Serve with banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon, or your favourite berries.
