We are proud to provide free consultations to anyone interested in starting their fitness journey with us.
Let’s face it, finding a program that speaks to you and your goals is hard and sticking with one is even more difficult. How many times have you started something and not even a few weeks later life gets in the way and you never go back?
That is why we provide a free consult to begin. We want to know more about you, your life, why you want to get fit and where we fit into the picture. We want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good this time!
You are probably thinking; I’m not in shape enough for this yet and I don’t know anyone at Ariston Fitness, plus I am nervous to just walk in the door. Don’t worry about a thing. You will quickly discover that at Ariston Fitness we are a group of lighthearted individuals who are just like you and have definitely been where you are right now!

- Step 2 - Join Academy
WE EDUCATE YOU
Everyone starts with our Academy sessions. You have two options for this, small group training which is limited to 6 people or one on one sessions. We highly recommend the small group training as you will make new friends and become accustomed to the small group atmosphere.
Our Academy program is designed to teach you the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment without adding intensity until you show proficiency in the movements. It’s also designed to get you acquainted with your coaches and start to meet some members in the gym without being in the group classes yet.
In Academy you learn:
- The importance of nutrition and how to go about sticking to a good diet
- Our foundational movements
- How to get the most value out of each workout
- How classes operate
- Mobility and Recovery techniques
- Step 3 - Join Group Classes
STAYING FIT FOR LIFE
Once you have completed Academy it’s time to start classes. At this point, you should be proud of the new movements you have learned and how you have implemented new habits into your life. You most likely will have even made a few friends in the gym at this point!
The social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach new heights of fitness. Each and every person at Ariston Fitness is dedicated to not only ensuring they succeed but ensuring everyone else succeeds. There is no judgment at Ariston Fitness, only a community of like-minded individuals who come together to create an incredibly strong community!
