"Returning to Ariston post-pregnancy was an exciting time" - Amanda

I joined Ariston in January 2017 and it was the best decision. The coaches have helped me gain confidence and reach goals even while I was pregnant with my 3rd daughter. I continued to go to Ariston 5 days a week and completed workouts accustomed to my needs as my pregnancy progressed.

I also continued to do PT sessions with Luke and he adjusted these as my pregnancy progressed. The coaches were a tremendous help during this time and knew the exercises I should and shouldn’t do at different stages of my pregnancy. Returning to Ariston post-pregnancy was an exciting time because I knew that I was still strong and able to get back into training due to keeping fit during pregnancy.

I also decided that I was going to make 2019 about myself and get back to my weight before I had my children, I wanted to lose 22kgs. The 2nd of January I decided that I would change my diet and see how much I could lose. Since then I have lost 14kgs and feel so much better and happier that I am so close to my first goal. Having a one on one session with Kellie has also helped as she has given me tips and tricks with foods that would help give me more energy for workouts and healthier snack options throughout the day.

The coaches at Ariston are knowledgeable, approachable and are always there to help you however they can. I would not be where I am in my training without their help especially during and post-pregnancy.
